A 36-year-old man died after an argument turned physical Thursday night, police said.
Kamarian Jones, 19, was shot in the 4700 block of West Polk Street, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office said.
The man, 59, was shot in the abdomen about 11:50 P.m., police said.
Both sides in the deal have a letter of intent to finalize terms for the property at 65 E. Huron St. that has been in play for developers.
