Five family members were hit when multiple shooters opened fire on a Greater Grand Crossing home. No one was in custody.
Officers were responding to a ShotSpotter call and found the man, whose age wasn't known, unresponsive in the 9300 block of South Lafayette Avenue around 2:10 p.m., Chicago police said.
The victims included two women killed and three young boys wounded in a Greater Grand Crossing shooting Thursday morning.
Two males were arguing and fighting about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of South Archer Avenue, not far from the Halsted station, Chicago police said. One man was shot in the foot.
