The man was discovered Sunday morning with multiple gunshot wounds.
The 30-year-old man, and the woman, 31, were in a car about 2:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Cicero Avenue when someone in another car fired shots.
According to Chicago police, the building in the 3100 block of South Green Street caught fire when someone threw an incendiary device through the window around 2:20 a.m.
The boy was shot while on a sidewalk just before 8:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Independence Boulevard.
