The man, 26, was arguing with someone about 3:35 a.m. in the 500 block of East 47th Street when he was shot in the chest and arm, Chicago police said.
The post-hiring test was so demanding and so unrelated to the skills needed to serve that four of the 12 women suffered “career-ending” hip and back injuries during testing. One “tore her hip open,” their attorney said.
The man was struck multiple times in the body and he was taken to Stroger Hospital where he died, Chicago police said.
