About 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Guillermo Ruiz Hernandez was at a baby shower in the 2800 block of South Lawndale Avenue when several shots were fired and a car sped away, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Johnson, who called on the feds to help, said those who did the shootings made "a choice to kill women, a choice to kill children, a choice to kill the elderly. And I’m here to say emphatically that we have had enough."
