Man shot, killed in South Shore

A man has died after he was shot Sunday in South Shore.Michael Flagg, 39, was on the street in the 6800 block of South Dante Avenue about 6:10 p.m. when he was shot in the head, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. He was taken in critical condition to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about 4 p.m. Monday, according to the medical examiner’s office. His death was ruled a homicide.No arrests were reported.
